How do I buy a stone?
Send an enquiry for the stones you like. We confirm availability, answer your questions and email you an invoice with payment details. Nothing is charged on the website.
Why do you verify my email and phone number?
Each stone is one of a kind, so we hold it for genuine buyers. Verifying both lets us reach you quickly and keeps fake requests out.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars. Some stones show “Price on request” — ask us and we’ll quote you directly.
Is every stone natural?
Yes. Every stone we sell is natural. Treatments, where there are any, are stated on each stone’s page. Most spinel is untreated.
Do stones come with a lab report?
Where a stone already has a report, we name the laboratory and report number on its page. For other stones we can arrange a report from an independent lab on request.
Can I see a video first?
Yes. Ask us and we’ll send a daylight video of any stone.
How much is shipping?
Insured shipping is free on orders of $1,000 or more, otherwise $45. Delivery takes 3–7 business days.
Can I return a stone?

Can you find a specific stone for me?
Often, yes. Tell us the colour, size, shape and budget you have in mind.
