These terms apply to every purchase made after an enquiry through spinelnook.com.

Stones and descriptions

Each stone is one of a kind. We describe weights, measurements, origin and treatment as accurately as we can. Colour can look slightly different from screen to screen; our photos and videos are taken in daylight to keep this to a minimum.

Enquiries, prices and payment

Prices on the website are in US dollars and include the stone only. An enquiry does not reserve a stone. A sale is agreed when we confirm availability in writing and your payment has been received in full, using the payment details we send you. No payment is taken on the website.

Shipping, risk and duties

Every order is insured until it is delivered. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. See Shipping & returns.

Returns

You may return a stone within 14 days of delivery as described on the Shipping & returns page.
