Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Every order ships fully insured with tracking, from Thailand.
• Shipping is free on orders of $1,000 or more. Below that, it costs $45 per order.
• Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared and arrive in 3–7 business days.
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT or other local taxes are set by your country and are not included in our prices. Where they apply, they are collected by the courier on delivery.

Returns

• You can return any stone within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the stone price.
• Stones must come back in the same condition, in their original parcel paper, with any lab report we supplied.
• Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions. Return shipping and insurance are paid by the buyer.
• Refunds are made to the account you paid from within 5 business days of the stone arriving back with us.
• Stones that have been set, re-cut or altered can’t be returned.
